Cambridge offers many education and training programs covering a wide range of topics. We also reach out frequently to our Rep/Advisor community to stay abreast of emerging training and educational needs. Mainstays of our regular curriculum include:

Office Solutions Workshops

Cambridge’s Office Solutions Workshop is designed primarily for new Rep/Advisors and their administrative staff. A valuable component of the overall transition process, OSWs provide hands-on training and familiarization with Cambridge’s support technologies, systems, and processes and give Rep/Advisors an opportunity to meet the Home Office staff. OSWs are conducted quarterly at the Home Office in Fairfield, Iowa. Cambridge provides up to two nights hotel stay and five meals.

Performance Solutions Workshops

Cambridge’s Performance Solution Workshops are regional events designed around product knowledge and peer networking opportunities. The goal is to enable Rep/Advisors to apply what they have learned to their client relationships immediately upon returning to their office.

IFIT Webinars

IFIT stands for Investments, Fees, Insurance and Technology. The goal of this program is to get our Rep/Advisors “fit” for success by offering training in various aspects of the industry from esteemed peer coaches and colleagues. There is no cost to Cambridge Rep/Advisors for participating in IFIT, and they may join in as many sessions as are of interest to them. Each session features a detailed presentation on a specific program or product and ends with a question and answer session.

Cambridge partners with Russell Investment Group to provide an exclusive business planning and coaching program called High Speed Strategic Coaching.
