CLIC

CLIC streamlines the entire account management process by integrating key administrative functions: compliance, trade blotter, document management, forms population and client/account databases into a single, user-friendly Web-based interface.  All of these activities can be accessed from a single computer screen, making CLIC a significant account management asset.

The only module that Rep/Advisors are required to adopt, at no cost, is CLIC Compliance. Other CLIC modules are available a la carte, with reasonable and competitive pricing.

There are currently six components of CLIC highlighted below: (You can also watch a short presentation.)

  • CLIC Compliance — Single login/entry offers full compliance engine functionality that allows many transactions to be approved automatically. CLIC Compliance also offers static commission/fee reports and review of trade activity.
  • CLIC Client — Provides interactive commission/fee reporting and interfaces with CLIC Compliance to warehouse client suitability and other important client/account information.
  • CLIC Trade — Offers forms population for client signature, submits brokerage accounts for suitability review, assists with electronic blotter, and manages trade entries.
  • CLIC Clearing — Allows initial set-up of brokerage shell accounts and the clearing platform software executes trades.
  • CLIC Imaging — Transmits scanned, client-signed paperwork to OSJ, integrates electronically for rapid trade and document approval in one step, provides straight-through processing to clearing firms, offers account workflow tracking, and provides submission, storage and retrieval of Cambridge account documents.
  • CLIC Away — Provides submission, storage and retrieval of non-Cambridge documents such as tax returns, wills, financial plans, etc.

CLIC Modules can save you time, effort, expense, and office space and offer an SEC compliant disaster recovery solution.
