President and Chief Operating Officer

Amy Webber joined Cambridge in April 1998, serving as Vice President of Operations until September 2000. At that time, her significant contributions were recognized by advancement into the role of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Cambridge, Amy held management positions within the operations and service areas of various independent Broker/Dealers.

Jim Guy
First Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Jim joined Cambridge after 25 years of retail financial planning experience. By the late 90’s he developed and built a retail branch office with 17 Registered Representatives, overseeing approximately $250 million in client assets. In 1992, Jim’s practice was 100% commission based; but by 1997 he had converted to 70% fee-based. In April 1999, after 14 years as an OSJ and a financial advisor with SunAmerica Securities, Jim moved his business and his branch to Cambridge. After 18 months as one of Cambridge’s leading personal and branch producers, Jim accepted his new role in September 2000. As a key player on Cambridge’s Senior Management Team, Jim brings his deep understanding of a Rep/Advisor’s day-to-day world to Cambridge’s Home Office. Marcia Martin
Senior Vice President, Operations & Partner Support

Marcia joined Cambridge in January of 2005 as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Marcia brings a different perspective to this position, as she has over 26 years of Broker/Dealer industry experience ranging from operations, compliance, sales and marketing, advisory business, and technology. Marcia’s experience stretches over both the independent Broker/Dealer channel, as well as the credit union marketplace. In her current role as Senior Vice President, Operations and Partner Support, Marcia oversees operational and service support to our Rep/Advisors. Prior to joining Cambridge, Marcia was President of CUNA Mutual Group’s Broker/Dealer serving the credit union market and worked for a large independent firm in West Palm Beach, Florida, Mutual Service Corporation, part of Pacific Life’s distribution channel. Marcia is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative, a General Securities Principal, and a Municipal Bond Principal. More
